On October 9 Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid is going to host the 4th National Tuna Congress, an event which is going to bring together specialists from the main areas involved in the management of this important agri-food, industrial and fishing sector, which is so important in our country.

As a sign of our continued support of this sector and following our commitment to be close to the key interlocutors in the tuna sector, NAUTICAL, together with Marine Instruments, sponsors the fourth edition of this congress.

Each edition addresses a specific topic of the tuna sector and this time the consolidation of the values that endow this sector with such high quality through the UNE 195006: 2016 “Responsible Fishing Tuna” and Fisheries Improvement Plan “FIP”, that is being developed by OPAGAC, will be the guiding thread of the congress.

NAUTICAL has a broad portfolio of products and services focused on tuna fishing vessels. Among the latest developments incorporated into the fleet is the VSAT satellite communications system. At present, more than 40 tuna vessels have our service on board allowing high-speed connections through plans with different levels of monthly data included or through unlimited data packages, all offered through Marlink satellite operator.

Marine Instruments will participate in the conference in the presentations of technological advances at the service of the control of the fishery.
