NAUTICAL supplies and installs navigation and communications equipment in the yacht Ráfaga


In the first days of August, Astilleros Atollvic de Moaña (Vigo) delivered its newly built vessel AT-104 to a private Spanish shipowner and received the name “Ráfaga”. It is a luxury yacht of 24 m in length that will have its usual base in the Levante area. Atollvic is an expert shipyard specialized in Refit steel and aluminum superyachts and special constructions.
Nautical was the company chosen by the shipowner and shipyard for the supply and installation of electronic navigation and communications equipment, among which the following stand out:
- Navnet TZT2 navigation system with four TZT15F 15 “touch multifunction displays connected in a network and distributed between the bridge and the high bridge. This network of monitors groups and manages the signals of a 6 Kw radar, navigation probe, AIS transceiver, satellite compass, autopilot, wind equipment, etc. All this equipment has been supplied by the Furuno brand.
- Complete Furuno communications equipment for unlimited ocean navigation.
- Sailor Fleet One satellite communications equipment. This equipment offers high-speed voice and data service for access to email, weather reports and the use of other on-board data applications.
- KVH TracVision satellite TV reception system with television equipment in rooms and cabins.
